Russco was built around full-size equipment and a full range of site work, so one crew can take a property from overgrown or raw all the way to buildable. The heavy digging, the rock and hardpan, the brush and the hauling, all handled in one place.
We know Douglas County ground, from the flat valley lots to the rocky hillsides and the wet draws that catch people off guard. We plan the work around what your particular lot actually is, and run a machine big enough to finish it.
That is the whole approach. Know the ground, bring the capacity to handle it, and leave the site better than we found it.
